The opportunity
Our HV Service unit in Ludvika is seeking an Operations Manager. We are part of the High Voltage Products business unit, responsible for the after sales support of all High Voltage Products in the domestic market and for Live Tank Breakers, Power Quality and Digital Applications also globally, including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements.
As an Operations Manager, you will lead three functions overseeing Field Service, Order Processing, and Project Management teams. Your leadership will guide and motivate your team to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities include planning resources, forecasting material needs, analyzing revenues and costs, and managing invoicing. You will also ensure we maintain a safety stock of critical materials and spare parts to prevent disruptions.

How you'll impact
- Act as a role model by being supportive, handling change with commitment, and engaging your team to perform at their best.
- Plan resources to be deployed on site and in our workshop, together with forecasting material needs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze revenues and costs to maintain profitability and manage invoicing processes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with current HSE regulations, evaluate risks, and develop processes.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a people manager
- Lean methodology Yellow Belt is required. Experience with SAP or planning tools such as MS Project or MSA is a bonus.
- You have experience in the manufacturing industry, project management, or purchasing.

- Fluent in English and Swedish, as you will be part of a company that operates on a global stage.
