Full responsibility of driving pricing initiatives along with Pricing specialist to support business for improving the profitability. Strong technical leadership to the team in analyzing the data and visualization of reports for decision making to improve pricing of products / opportunities.

you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Strategic Marketing functions of the global Business Unit (BU) High Voltage in understanding market, competitor trends and Price performance by developing and implementing state-of-the-art data Analytics systems as well as process and tool support.

• Responsible for supporting the Sales and Strategic Marketing functions of the global Business Unit (BU) High Voltage in understanding market, competitor trends and Price performance by developing and implementing state-of-the-art data Analytics systems as well as process and tool support.
• Manage, extract and analyze data from sales/financial tools and other relevant sources to identify trends, growth opportunities and measure the performance of specific activities or initiatives
• Understand the product & market segmentation of portfolio and build know-how of data eco systems in various process involved in Business.
• Prepare reports with clear information understanding the raw information and interpret the date in optimized KPIs (target achievement, Price performance, Order trend, pipeline development, etc), profitability as well as data quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with data Scientist & Pricing specialist to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies / Prize wizard, Opportunity trend, etc.
• Be in charge of the development and updation of reports and dashboards (in particular, but not limited to, Salesforce.com and SalesBI, PowerBI etc) as well as related user training in order to increase the analytical capabilities of our sales management around the globe.
• Responsible to continuously improve process performance and data quality
• Document and follow the guidelines for the efficient business
• Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Assess data from different sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.

• 1-4 years relevant experience Strong technical in analyzing the data and visualization of reports for decision making to improve pricing of products / opportunities.
• Any graduation (Science, Statistics, Computer applications, Engineering)
• Proficient advanced knowledge of the Power BI platform with hands-on experience in data visualization concepts, such as designing dashboards.
• Ability to independently extract & model data from various data sources (SAP, SQL, etc.) with expertise in handling live connections of data from different systems.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Sales Operations or similar roles including all aspects of data analytics (mining, generation and visualization)
• Exposure and work experience with Python skill is added advantage
• Strong analytic background with the ability to connect diverse sources of datasets to make strategic recommendations
• Strong skills required in: Excel, Power BI, database SQL design.
• Working experience with Sales, Marketing and Pricing analytics is added advantage
• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra), analytical mind and business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in demonstrating strong leadership & change management skills
