Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for P-FEMA related work, organized P-FEMA team and workshops and related meetings for risk control discussions, output control measures, quality control plans and checklists, PFMEA and control plans making, and dynamically update.
- You will involve in analysis and improvement of quality problems (NCR)in production, solve quality problems in workshop, such as batch or major quality problems, organize relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis, implement improvement measures, and follow up the effectiveness of improvements to ensure normal production.
- You will be familiar with 8D analysis, QC 7 methods, P-FMEA and other quality tools, DMAIC logic to solve quality problems.
- You will perform quality observation tour (QOT) in production process to promote process improvement, quality data and analysis and quality report/KPI calculation.
- You will support type test quality risk assessment, zero-sequence production quality tracking of new products, and support TOP realization.
- You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the director of the quality department.

Your background:
- You hold full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or related majors is preferred.
- Proven experience in high voltage and lightning impact test is preferred.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes in the working environment and complete tasks on time under pressure with strong execution.
- Familiar with GIS products, relevant work experience is preferred.
- Green belt and black belt certification certified by the Quality Association are preferred.
- Proficient in the use of commonly used quality tools: 8D, QC seven methods, commonly used quality tools.
- Fluent English speaking and reading and report writing skills.
