Your responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the daily administrative activities - prepare documents, coordinate staff and visitors' meetings, support the organization of trainings, including room booking, catering, etc.; handle incoming and outgoing mail;
- Liaise with government institutions to provide necessary documents related to Global Mobility procedures;
- Organize company events;
- Create purchase requisitions, check and handle management invoices and expense reports; manage the procurement of office supplies and other departmental needs;
- Support HR in collecting, scanning and distributing documents related to payroll and administration; provide support to employees on HR related documents; Organize exit interviews;
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the HR team;
- Travel management - in case of need acts as a back up for organizing business trips, including reservation of tickets, accommodation and transfer;

Your background:
- University Graduate in Foreign Language, Business Administration, Public Relations or related areas;
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent knowledge of English language both written and spoken;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Well organized and motivated, result oriented;
- Proactive, responsible, detail oriented;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good priority setting and time management skills;
- Very good problem solving skills;
- Good cooperation with internal and external parties, a team player;
- Able to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment;
- Nothing less than the highest standard of integrity and discretion with unquestionable.
