Mission statement:
You will manage front end activities including promotion and bidding to Japanese EPCO. Connect Chinese factory or APMEA team proposals to offer.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for preparation of bidding for EPCO project in Japanese utility market with good communication with relevant party such as sales in supply factory, logistics, installation, supplier, and so on.
- You will correctly interpret technical specification attached with RFQ and inform it to supply factory for correct and accurate quotation from them in timely manner.
- You will manage domestic quotations, such as domestic supply parts, logistics, installation.
- You will combine factory and domestic SCM and create final overall FCM for quotation.
- You will check RFQ received from customer and study what kind of equipment can be offered in this RFQ. Propose customer which has benefit to customer and we considering technical and economical point of view.
- You will prepare for Risk Review in HE and complete approval process and submit to HTC department which is handling quotation to customer.
- You will upon receiving order, initial input in SAP system to be done including planned cost and margin. This is initial benchmark for project execution. Necessary information shall be summarized in order to handover to project manager.

Your background:
- Educational Background: at minimum, bachelor's degree of engineering or science.
- Required years of experience: minimum 5 years of experiences in power transformer products.
- Required time management, presentation and planning skills.
- Ability to learn and work in new environment.
- Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Strong in collaborative and communication skills.
- Language: Strong Japanese and advanced English communication.
