General Information:

In alignment with the Hub's vision and growth strategy, the ITM HUB Training and Development Analyst responsible for the seamless execution of our training administrative data across Manufacturing Operations, Health Safety and Environment, Quality, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Training and Development, data analysis, and training tracking systems, combined with experience in navigating complex, matrixed organizations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate data related to training programs, employee progress, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze training data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to align training efforts and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Act as a liaison between the training department and other functional areas.
  • System Management: Oversee the administration of training management systems, including troubleshooting issues, updating records, and ensuring that the system meets the needs of all users. Act as the Learning management system primary administrator for the HUB.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving training tracking processes and systems. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Monitor and report on training compliance, ensuring that all training requirements are met and documented. Generate regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
  • Support: Provide support for the development and maintenance of training materials and resources. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions and events.

Your Background:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Training and Development, data analysis, and training management within a matrixed organization.
  • Data Skills: Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and management. Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Platform tools).
  • Learning Management Systems: Experience with various learning management systems. Ability to manage these systems for tracking training activities and compliance. Experience with Cornerstone On Demand is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
