Your responsibilities:
- You will compile and update the equipment maintenance plan, equipment maintenance operation instruction manuals, daily inspection sheets, supervise the implementation of preventive maintenance work by maintenance personnel, and conduct regular inspections of the equipment.
- You will manage and maintain the company's equipment management system.
- You will be responsible for formulating and implementing the safety operation procedures of the equipment to ensure the safety of equipment operation. Be responsible for compiling and updating the ABRA for maintenance.
- You will assist and guide maintenance workers to promptly diagnose the causes of faults and carry out repairs and compile the equipment fault and repair guide.
- You will update and maintain the purchase list of spare parts, including vulnerable parts for maintenance and repair, etc.
- You work based on production planning, equipment service life, failure rate, etc., put forward suggestions for the annual investment plan of fixed assets and spare parts.
- You will provide support for the maintenance of plant facilities and equipment (such as steam, lighting, power distribution room, circulating water, etc.).
- Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Your background:
- A bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering; relevant majors such as mechanical engineering, electrical automation, or mechatronics.
- 2+ years of equipment management experience will be given priority.
- Have a solid theoretical foundation and rich maintenance experience, have a certain understanding of the mechanical performance of vacuum equipment and the electrical control system of automated assembly equipment, and be familiar with the relevant safety standards of equipment and facilities.
- Fluent in Mandarin with good communication skills, and be able to communicate in English with foreign equipment suppliers.
- Proficient in using Office software, and capable of managing and maintaining the equipment management system.
- Open-minded, enthusiastic, eager to learn, with strong learning ability, team spirit, a high sense of responsibility, and carefulness.
