How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze and validate structural analytical calculations.
- Implement and optimize formulas and algorithms for mechanical structures.
- Collaborate in a cross-discipline team using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Apply best practices and Hitachi Energy standards to develop high-quality products.
- Participate in status reviews and provide input on potential issues.
- Drive innovation by creating proofs of concept for new technologies.
- Create and maintain technical standards.
- Work with multinational teams and escalate issues as needed.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and optimization.
- Analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic programming experience.
- Advantageous knowledge in Visual Basic (Excel macros), Python, Creo Simulate, ANSYS, and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo Parametric preferred).
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and processes (Azure DevOps, Agile, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
