Join our team as a Material Quality Engineer in the Instrument Transformer and Disconnector! You will be stationed in Suqian, ensuring material quality in our production processes, for raw materials. Collaborate with several teams such as R&D, production, process and product engineer, implement quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement. Lead material quality development and control plan upgrade and enhance incoming checking level.

Your responsibilities:
- You must ensure material quality for all raw materials for our Instrument Transformer and Disconnector production.
- You will claim management towards suppliers.
- You will do auditing of suppliers.
- You will create and update of technical delivery instructions (TDI).
- You will lead and execute R&D and improvement projects to optimize material quality and cost baseline with the help of Six Sigma, 8D, and other methods.
- You will support SCM department regarding supplier selection and development.
- You will analyze the quality data to provide data support for the quality improvement of materials.
- You will supervise the implementation of the inspection requirements.
- You will do regular outsource the testing of materials, hazardous substances and other items without testing means.

Your background:
- A bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering, material science or similar.
- Required 2 + years for experience.
- Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods and quality engineering (PPAP, 8D).
- Experience of leading technical projects with engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Supplier audit experience (ISO 9001), certification is a plus.
- Ability to work within an international environment in a matrix organization, complemented by well-developed communication skills.
- Innovation and quality-oriented team player with a high willingness to learn.
- Both spoken & written English language is needed.
