How you will make an impact:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule to align with customer demand and order fulfillment timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for creating an effective scheduling framework.
- Update planning parameters in ER and planning systems to ensure accurate scheduling processes.
- Partner with customer service to establish accurate delivery dates and provide commitment dates for multiple product lines.
- Analyze production capacity and inventory levels to optimize resource utilization and adjust schedules as needed.
- Manage MRP exception messages promptly to address scheduling issues effectively.
- Incorporate demand forecasts into the scheduling process, adapting to changing market conditions.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to scheduling and production, recommending adjustments to enhance overall performance.
Your Background:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in supply chain management, planning and fulfillment, or operations management.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and planning software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess production capacity, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of schedules.
