However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy's units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Engineering Sales is focused on providing technical advice and support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer specific pricing. Which includes preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the marketing operations manager in measuring and evaluating marketing performance and ROMI, return of marketing investment, of the marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support demand generation, lead generation and follow up, tracking efforts and triggering corresponding actions.
- Keep track of ROMI management in SFDC, creating SFDC dashboards and power BI report using ROMI, KPIs data, visualization and reports.
- Influence opportunities and orders, events and customer engagement and campaigns KPIs and ROMI coordinated with the marketing and digital marketing activities.
- Data Management and Reporting metric Analysis and ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Eloqua for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
- Ability to create high value-added analytics and presentations by manipulating different data sources.
- Manage data imports according to campaign requirements, ensuring data accuracy, analysis and proper segmentation by providing value in decision making.
- Support marketing automation system, Eloqua, activities and associated campaigns and support customer engagement initiatives, setting up webinars in ON24, track analytics and drive lead generation.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or similar field.
- Experience Level should be 1 to 4 years.
- Should have B2B marketing experience with knowledge of Salesforce (required), Eloqua (preferred), ON24 (preferred).
- Should have Microsoft excel skills for Data Analytics and Data Visualization, experience with Power BI in creating data visualization dashboards.
- Should have Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Experience owning and running governance of marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
