The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy's units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Mission Statement

A strong understanding of design principles is essential also known as idea generation, ideation is the creative process of generating, developing, and communicating new ideas, and Awareness of the latest trends. Develop concepts, layouts, Branding, Typography, Infographics, Video Editing, 2D & 3D animations and social media Graphic posts for digital assets and Print media in line with clear branding guidelines of Hitachi Energy.

• Preparing product catalogs and marketing collaterals to promote our products and services during events.
• Design of promotional material and deploy in online and offline channels.
• Advertise our company and products/services on digital assets and print media.
• Editing videos and creating videos from scratch.
• Ability to sort and work with raw and stock footage.
• Interest in our industry and be aware of the potential to grow its knowledge.
• Ability to create simple 2D animations with After Effects. Ability to process engineering 3D data and render it for technical animations.
• Collaborating with the VR team to ensure data exchange for digital HV projects.
• Exporting 3D renders as images and creating infographics and Desire to learn about the creation of the storyline.
• Ability to learn and explore the technological challenges and our VP and to act as an expert in the content preparation of HV assets.
• Supports and acts as a backup for finalizing brochures, presentations, and leaflets
• Adobe Photoshop - Image editing, Image manipulation, Website layout, Artwork creation
• Adobe Illustrator - Icon, Infographic, Logo, 2D & 3D illustration, Chart, Diagrams and Adobe InDesign - Layout and Page creation, Brochure, Leaflet, Typography
• Adobe After Effects - Video editing, Motion graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro - Video editing and Adobe Audition - Audio editing, Sound mixing.
• Microsoft PowerPoint - Static Presentation, Interactive Presentation.
• Awareness / update on the latest design trends (up to date).

• BE / BSc / any degree with 5 to 10 years of professional graphic designer experience.
• Any product marketing with branding will be added advantage.
• Multi culture experience is a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or French or Spanish language skills are added advantage).
• Knowledge of power systems will be added advantage.
