Manufacturing Quality Control Experienced Professional

Your responsibilities:

• You will do fast action to all issues happened in incoming material and production process, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions with 6 sigma/8D.
• You will make and update inspection plan, work together with SCM colleagues for sample release.
• You will use P-FEMA, MSA and process capability analysis and monitoring for quality control of production line products.
• You will be responsible for CCPR analysis of production line. Find the root cause make the action plan to customers.
• You will do cost reduction contribution by means of continuously quality improvement, manufacturing improvement advice, technical improvement etc.

• Electrical or mechanical engineering bachelor graduation.
• 2 years and above working experience on SCM, product care, technical development or supplier quality management in H.V apparatus or Switchgear.
• Has strong technical knowledge background with good study skill.
• Has good teamwork and communication skills.
• Be excellent at listening, speaking, reading, writing in English.
