You will prepare method provisions of new product, new method and new technical for production.
You will train the operators for common process and new process.
You will be checking the operation follows the process requirement.
You will develop productivity by optimizing layout, using new technology and new fixture.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree and above in Electrical Automatization or related major.
Be good at transformer or related industries.
Be good at spoken and written English.
Be good at communication, coordination and problem solving.
Be good at logicality, result-oriented, self-motivation, accepting task, work pressure and teamwork.
Be good at AutoCAD Excel and PowerPoint.
