• Drive and participate in a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
• Utilize ITM lean methods, processes, and tools like 5S, Daily Management, and Kaizen.
• Develop, evaluate, analyze, and document manufacturing processes.
• Enhance safety, quality, cost reduction, and throughput through process flow analysis.
• Implement process control techniques and procedures in manufacturing environments.
• Perform engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Consult with other engineering groups to ensure suitable engineering criteria.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate engineering analyses and tests, preparing related reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and modern technology.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD.
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical applications.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
