Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the product portfolio from new products R&D, market position, profit management, technology development and support production and sales during the whole product life cycle. To ensure more value create by the product.
- You will manage the existing product portfolio, to develop new product and to drive product cost out.
- You will be responsible for providing product application solution for new market or project, manage risk in product related area while support business growth.
- You will be responsible key competitors' product information, monitor market development and product marketing strategy to develop market share and coverage.
- You will follow technology development trend and propose new product development plan.
- You will manage new products launch and life cycle from phase-in and phase out. Make product road map.
- You will conduct market study and information collection, Prepare market analysis report with good quality.
- You will work with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects, follow up and ensure confirmed new product projects launch on schedule.
- You will collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define new product marketing introduction plan and implement the plan effectively.
- You will provide solution for new market or project, support technical risk review for new market/application.
- You will manage type test report and date sheet for product group, plan for test renew and upgrade according to market demand.

Your background:
- Master's degree or above in Market marketing, electrical Mechanical, automation or relevant major.
- At least 8-10 years' experience in the field of electric industry or product management.
- Excellent knowledge of high voltage product. Have good product knowledge, product application, technology and production standards, competitors, and market information.
- With Leadership, the skill of Innovation, communication, and influence others
- Strong sense of cost saving and quality control. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
