The opportunity
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Team in Madrid.
HR Business Partner will support the new created Operational Center (OPC) Business located in Madrid, where you will be part of a global HR Business Partner team. We are looking for a HR experienced person whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and see opportunities.
How you will make an impact
- Build up the OPC organization
- Oversight the staffing processes and driving engagement actions to ensure full cohesion considering the local and the organizations which get the service
- Drives implementation of all HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable
- Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization
- Ensure strong labor-and key stakeholder relationships
- Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. This to achieve long-term objectives, ensure that we are compliant with HR and labor law regulations and to add most value to business within required areas
- Proactively support & suggest management on HR topics while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business; provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment)
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization
- Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Spain
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
