Your responsibilities:

  • You as lean logistic engineer are responsible for optimizing and improving material flow processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. They need to study and analyze the process, optimize the process from the material receiving to material picking, improve productivity.
  • You as logistic engineer are responsible for tracking and analyzing related data, summarizing some key indicators from it, and carrying out improvement activities to address the problems. They need to develop data reports that meet the company's requirements, from which they can identify problems and propose solutions.
  • You as logistic Engineer is required to gain an in-depth understanding of the factory's material flow process, look for points where improvements can be made, provide innovative solutions and evaluate them on a regular basis to meet the company's needs.
  • You as logistic engineer need to reduce production waste and wait caused by material missing/shortage as well as improve productivity in order to help the company achieve maximum efficiency.
  • You will deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical-electronics or mechanics or industrial engineering.
  • Above 3 years' experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis.
  • Good practical knowledge of modern production concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
  • Profound IT user skills, Basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language.
  • Motivated and dynamic team player with the ability to self-assigned tasks and projects forward.
  • Joy of communication and collaboration with various departments.
  • Innovative and creative thinking skills.
