Junior HR Specialist

The opportunity

Talent Acquisition Team, which is a part of HR Operations, supports recruitment processes for several European countries: Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Estonia, Türkiye, United Kingdom, France, Spain and others. As a member of TA Ops Team, you will be responsible for an administrative support of recruitment, like job posting and interview scheduling etc. You will have the opportunity to experience working at a global company, improve your foreign language skills and gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience with HR tools.

• Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, Business Managers and Talent Partners.
• Supporting Talent Partners in HR recruitment processes: job posting, interview scheduling, background check etc.
• Responding to inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders concerning HR topics.
• Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date in terms of data administration.
• Updating standard operating procedures and work instructions.

• You have a university degree.
• You are proactive, have got analytical skills and good attention to detail.
• You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
• You possess Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional language, e.g. Swedish, is a plus.
• Experience in Workday or a ticketing tool is a strong plus.
