Our campus in Łódź is a center for the development and production of transformers. Each of 4 factories contributes to the creation of essential components of large-scale projects affecting millions of people worldwide.
Power transformers are key elements ensuring the reliability of power grids - by regulating voltage, they enable the efficient transmission of electricity from the place of generation to the point of use.
Due to the dynamic development of our campus, we are currently looking for a person for the position:
ITM & Continuous Improvement Leader for the Power Transformer plant.
As ITM & Continuous Improvement Leader, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across our organization.

How you'll make an impact:
- Strategy Deployment: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategy processes and factory work standards.
- ITM Maturity and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination using ITM methods.
- KPI Management: Optimize KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. Integrate HSE and quality management systems with ITM.
- Improvement Projects: Manage cost reduction and productivity projects. Train the team in reporting improvement projects.
- People Capability, Training, and Coaching: Build continuous improvement capabilities through training and ITM tool implementation. Promote a coaching culture and employee engagement.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in areas of Lean operating/management systems, continuous improvement roles (manufacturing, engineering, and/or process improvement);
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Polish language;
- Certifications in Lean/ Six Sigma (e.g., Lean Master, Lean Expert, Black Belt, etc.);
- Strong communications, coaching and training skills;
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.
