Join us at Hitachi Energy Zaragoza if you are an IT Service Delivery Specialist. Through your work you will carry out IT/OT Cybersecurity first responder tasks and IT/OT assets cybersecurity operational tasks. You provide computer onsite support execution for factory assets and operational support of both office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets in cooperation with On Site Support team.

How you will make an impact:
- Carry out IT/OT Cybersecurity operational tasks and provide operational support for both Office IT and Shop Floor IT/OT assets.
- Carry out IT/OT Cybersecurity first responder tasks by investigating incidents, determining their scope, and working with the cybersecurity team to contain and remediate them, as well as reporting any abnormal behavior of OT systems to incident response teams.
- Identify critical assets within the factory that require monitoring and protection and install and configure remediation measures on these assets to protect the environment from security incidents, with additional assistance whenever required.
- Implement security measures to ensure that the factory's IT/OT systems are secure and protected from potential security threats, and install and configure remediation measures on critical assets, under the guidance of global cybersecurity teams and the factory process engineer.
- Ensure machine connectivity with network core switches.
- Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity. (PLC programming out of scope).
- Provide support to end users for both IT equipment and software as part of desk-side support.
- Work with vendors: to ensure that the security patches and OT systems are properly configured and maintained.
Your Background:
- Formal qualification in the field of Information technology.
- Preferable two years of professional experience in IT support.
- Preferable experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and understanding of IT procedures and policies, together with end-to-end business processes knowledge.
- Have a proactive and solution-oriented mind-set and can work independently as well as interacting with global IT teams.
- Relevant experience in most of these tools/environments: Service Now IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, MS Azure, Windows, iOS.
- Be fluent in English language
