The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, who will have detailed understanding of business processes Marketing & Sales area and will apply this knowledge to shape and align IT solution/services. In this role, you are primarily accountable for proper requirements management including elicitation, definition, analysis and documentation of the requirements. You will be part of different programs and projects which will be based on cutting edge technologies to support Business functions to compete and grow in the highly demanding market of Energy. As Business Analyst you perform various business analyses to support decisions regarding IT solutions.
How you will make an impact
- Establish strong relationship with business stakeholders.
- Understand the customer journey and business value realization.
- Capture and visualize business process.
- Capture, document, analyze business requirements. Consolidate, simplify and prioritize those requirements. Monitor requirements queue.
- Define solutions fulfilling business requirements, leveraging best practices.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional and technical designs. Provide expertise to business stakeholders, application operations or project teams to either support ongoing operations or develop new solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, application teams, project delivery teams and 3rd party service providers to ensure consistent design of provided solutions and to estimate effort required to achieve those.
- Ensure functional specification supports an overall solution design.
- Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement.
- Propose new solutions and solve challenging problems.
- Participate in project phases: scoping, analysis & design, build, acceptance tests, production deployments.
- Test and troubleshoot final system setup.
- Demonstrate to business users how IT solutions work and answer questions.

Your background
- 5+ years of experience as Business or Functional Analyst (or similar role),
- Understanding of Business Process Model,
- Experience of working in ecosystem with SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce. Mulesoft is an added advantage,
- Knowledge about Marketing & Sales tools and processes within a global manufacturing companies like sales configurators, planning tools (Anaplan), Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, etc. is an advantage,
- Working experience in managing data strategy and collaborating with architects for developing data models in relevance to the program,
- Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders,
- Self-driven and motivated individual,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills,
- Customer-service-oriented approach,
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio,
- Fluent in English, verbal and writing.
