General Information:

Hitachi Energy in Crystal Springs, MS is currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for conducting methodological searches in order to identify storage of inventory based on specified locations. This position will also assist inventory analysts and the supply chain team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recommend process improvements to improve inventory accuracy • Perform all inventory related transactions according to internal procedures and company guidelines.
• Must be able to read and comprehend safety procedures, work instructions, and assemble drawings.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports on delivery and shipments that happen within the facility and warehouse to ensure quality and inventory control • Continuous training on new equipment or processes within job scope and based upon additional assignments.
• At least two (2) years of experience with SAP highly preferred.
• Be able to provide detailed information to supply chain escalate issues as they arise.
• Serve as backup to materials coordinators and shipping clerks.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Associates degree in business, accounting, finance is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
