The opportunity:

We are looking for an individual to be part of IT Operational Vendor Management Team. There are multiply vendors supporting Hitachi Energy operations across departments and your role is to create and manage positive relationship with vendors through consistent portfolio framework. How you'll make an impact:

• You will collaborate closely with Hitachi Energy IT Infrastructure Teams and IT Finance Teams to monitor vendor productivity and consumption against contractual obligations
• You will work closely with IT Infrastructure Suppliers in the overall Vendor Management process
• You will support preparation of financial reports on monthly and quarterly basis per each supplier
• You will track in excel vendor related data based on the signed agreement
• You will support Yearly Purchase Order creation and track regular financial reports

• You are a university student (preferred majors - Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Business Analysis or Project Management)
• You are a detail-oriented team player
• Strong analytical skills will be an additional asset
• You are familiar with MS Office Products (at least intermediate Excel)
• Good level of English, knowledge of Polish will be an additional asset
