Internship - IT Application Support

The opportunity

Our team takes care of the run and build of applications that are used by the Supply Chain Management departments of Hitachi Energy. The team consists of Service Managers responsible for selected portfolio of applications, Application Managers and Specialist who are responsible for specific applications, as well as cross-application team members such as Business Analyst and Solution Architect.

How you will make an impact

• Support of IT Application Manager in activities including vendor and stakeholder collaboration, monitoring incident reports, requests for new features and other queries from application users
• Support in managing SCM application's portfolio - verifying application status, analyzing data, contact with Solution Architect and other stakeholders
• Preparing and maintaining documentation
• Participation in IT applications related projects
• Coordination of various type of daily topics like preparing and scheduling meetings
• Participation in meetings with different stakeholders

• You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later
• You can communicate effectively with people of various backgrounds in English, Polish is a strong plus
• You are familiar with MS Office applications environment
• You have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• You are proactive and can work independently, when needed, you have self-learning skills
• You have basic knowledge of SCM / procurement and logistics processes (preferred)
