In this role you will join GRAL (Government and Institutional Relations, Real Estate, Internal Audit, Risk and Internal Control, Legal and Integrity) domain.

Our main objective is to create and maintain a strong relationship between IT and the business. This is crucial for delivering a high-quality service, designing and developing IT systems as well as processes that support day-to-day operations and meeting business needs.

Your responsibilities
- Close cooperation with business and technical teams
- Preparing documentation dedicated to end users
- Granting access to the business application in accordance with the applicable access management process
- Using ticketing system to coordinate tasks
- Support of IT Business Analyst's activities
- Assessing and comparing data from different data sources
- Managing communication with internal stakeholders
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc activities related to parallel compliance projects
Your background
- You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later
- You can effectively communicate in English and Polish (B2 or higher)
- You are familiar with MS Office applications environment
- You are proactive and can work independently, when needed
- You can communicate with people of various backgrounds
- You are problem solving oriented
- You have good analytical skills and attention to details
