How you'll make an impact
- Serve as a visionary partner to the Power Transformers business unit, providing expert HR guidance and support.
- Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Foster the growth and development of the factory, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
- Lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects.
- Empower managers with coaching and support on employee relations and performance management, while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven project management skills with several years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
