Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support the HR Leader and business stakeholders of our High Voltage business across Europe.

How you will make an impact
- Drives coordination and implementation of HR processes including capability and workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement and other processes as applicable

- Works with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization
- Facilitate and support on employee relations topics to ensure a positive climate
- Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes
- Proactively connecting with business stakeholders and business strategies, supporting with relevant and timely interventions to continuously improve and enhance performance and engagement
- Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment etc)
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization
- Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Leadership experience and a team player
- Fluent in English
