Your responsibilities:

  • As active member of the management team, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the 5 years business plan
  • You will act as a strong motivator and change manager. Your team will include office personal, production personal and field service engineers.
  • Your department will have the responsibility for the execution of any service order, from spare part deliveries to complex projects, including planning and execution of field service projects and transport/customs with the goal of meeting technical requirements, claim management.
  • Your department will be responsible for leading the resolution of troubleshooting cases quick and professionally through the whole organisation technical issue. in close collaboration with the Product Lines GCB, GIS and Transformer to make a success out of a
  • You will support the sales team in the offering process of manpower.
  • Broad range of product know-how to manage, from 60 years old breaker to be overhauled to new installations to troubleshoot
  • Service requires a high degree of speed and flexibility. Crucial for customer satisfaction during escalation.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.
  • Contributes to the local and cluster execution team leads in determining and developing the execution model in alignment to the OU strategy.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
  • You will ensure that customer orientation, flexibility and speed are part of your department philosophy and contribute to a high Net Promoter Score Rate.
  • You will constantly look for process improvements and are a major contributor to the service unit.
  • You will be responsible for receivables collection and for conflict resolution with local entities during execution.

Your background:

  • You hold engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) and additionally a degree in management or economics.
  • Required 5 years' experience in service execution area in a management position.
  • Required international experience, intercultural sensitivity.
  • Proficient in English on negotiation level (written and oral), other languages like German are a plus.
  • Team player, with strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to motivate.
  • Good SAP knowledge and working on teams channel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements.
