The HBU Document Manager Leader will be considered the functional manager of all Document Controller in the EU Operating Unit responsible for project documentation delivery. The candidate will ensure compliance with requirements and processes, while also monitoring and facilitating resolution of key issues on projects; coordinating other Project Document Control people within the region, in order to support and balance workload.
How you'll make an impact
- Creating relevant operating procedures for the function in accordance with existing instructions and guidelines.
- Reviewing and updating relevant operating procedures.
- Ensuring document management plans, procedures and processes are correctly and uniformly applied within all projects.
- Working with IS team to ensure the smooth operation of digital tools and facilitating resolution of any issues
- Conducting monthly meetings and presentations related to document management function with all team members
- Facilitating relevant training of team members
- Supporting all hiring of new document control staff

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any equivalent field related to the function.
- Proven previous experience as Document Controller or Project Manager
- Able to work with different and multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of document management systems (especially InEight)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
