As Continuous Improvement Expert you are responsible for leading projects / initiatives to continuously improve our services, processes and governance framework along the Voice of Customer. Analyzing customer feedback data on various IT related services and synthesizing those insights with the goal of informing, supporting and influencing IT stakeholders to continuously improve the customer/user experience.
How you'll make an impact:
- Run or support strategic improvements projects and delivering process management utilizing L6S and other CI methodologies like PDCA, 8D
- Identify and track costs / benefits associated to improvements; Manage the CI Pipeline
- Distills large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into synthesized, actionable insights by using various statistical methods, such as correlations and regressions.
- Training, Coaching and creating relevant material
- Analyzing data and provide relevant reports and lead improvement initiatives
- Derives insights and conclusions based on the data.
- Uses the knowledge of the concepts of the Customer Value and Voice of the Customer based on the
- Lean Six Sigma and apply it within assigned responsibility.
- Continuously improves the data collection, measurement, and analysis process.
- Constantly review projects processes and tools quality and costs to guarantee operational excellence and propose improvements
- Conveys compelling insights to the varying levels within the organization using storytelling techniques and delivering presentations.

You're background:
- 5 years of professional working experience as a Continuous Improvement specialist
- L6S BB Certification preferrable, GB certification as minimum with proven record of successful L6S trainings
- Professional experience in IT preferred, or in transactional business as minimum
- Strong experience on mTab and Data management and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of MS tools and PowerBi
