We are searching for a professional Fleet Management Specialist who will oversee and manage the lifecycle of fleet vehicles from acquisition to disposal, optimizing cost and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies and law. We offer an exciting opportunity for a person with a passion for managing fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the lifecycle of fleet vehicles from acquisition to disposal.
  • Developing and implementing new technology and systems to streamline operations and improve fleet management process
  • Developing and maintaining relationship with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fleet services.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure advantageous terms and maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations related to fleet management and transportation.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Providing education and training to drivers and employees law, regulations and company policies
  • Updating policies and procedures related to fleet management to align with legal requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and prepare adequate supply.
  • Implementing sustainability initiatives focusing on eco-friendly sourcing and transportation methods.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such us business, logistic, transportation management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in fleet management and related filed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to details.
  • In-depth knowledge of fleet management principles.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask.
