Finance Team Lead - Accounts Payable

The opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance? We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our Accounts Payable Invoice Processing team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. You will ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will drive efficiency and accuracy in our accounts payable processes.

This position is a maternity leave cover, offering a unique opportunity to lead our Accounts Payable team during this period.

• Leading and coordinating the daily work of Accounts Payable invoice processing team.
• Monitoring accurate processing of accounts payable invoice processing and other related transactions. Overseeing analysis of accounts and highlighting discrepancies/anomalies for correction.
• Identifying, recommending and assisting in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.
• Along with the Accounts Payable Manager leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance and reporting for Accounts Payable.
• Overseeing a portion of the month end closing process for the Accounts Payable area.
• Providing regular coaching and training to the team.

• Higher education in Finance or other relevant field
• Previous experience in Accounting or Finance (preferably in Finance Common Shared Services)
• Several of years' experience in leading or coordinating a team
• Project management skills focused on improvements
• Ability to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trust
• Ability to engage and motivate team members
• Proficiency in English. Estonian language skills strongly preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
