The opportunity

We are looking for a talented and hands-on professional who is interested to join our dynamic, high performance Finance SAP team as a Finance Key User Community Operations Specialist.

You will be empowered to influence and help shape the overall Finance Key User Community network and the vital engagement of our key users in our digital transformation journey and stabilization.

You will work closely with key stakeholders from Finance Functions to drive the overall availability, engagement and management of our talented Key users towards the organization, as they support change management and continuous improvement activities to our Digital core.

You will need to have the energy and the aptitude to work in an international capacity and comfortable to work with various stakeholders, ready to work on both strategic and operational tasks to ensure success. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, tenacious and good communications professional who can effectively manage multiple projects.

This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.

How you'll make an impact

  • Provide key support to SAP Finance Lead with the implementation of Key User Community operations framework
  • Work closely with Finance Function leads to ensure we have proper representation and availability of key users for key knowledge areas in SAP S4/HANA
  • Develop an engagement model for key users and identifying areas of improvement as well as knowledge areas which should be represented and identify any gaps
  • Implement a framework for proper documentation management system, onboarding, off boarding and trainings of key users
  • Work on existing end user and Key User Community interaction model and implement improvement and automations
  • Engage closely with IT to onboard new technologies in current interaction model of end users and key users
  • Implement roll out plans for any improvements in the interaction models for Key users
  • Identify training and development needs for Key User Community in areas of SAP and assist in the implementation of such trainings
  • Organize and coordinate Key User Community meetings and events
  • Maintain communication channel for KUC news and also ensure maintenance of correct information on the relevant intranet sites
  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed recommendations to address Key User Community needs and concerns

Your background

  • University bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business management
  • 3+ of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment
  • Prior experience of working in an ERP project would be an advantage
  • Fluent English speaker with strong writing and verbal communication skills as well as high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, result-oriented with strong networking and communications skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor the report on progress
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global team
  • Business knowledge in power/industrial technology an advantage
  • Hands-on creative skills for developing assets (e.g., PowerPoint, visual materials)
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
