- Perform complex field service operations requiring strong technical skills.
- Deliver professional services in installation, maintenance, repairs, and more.
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues.
- Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems with minimal assistance.
- Develop potential sales and business opportunities through customer knowledge.
- Lead field service projects and provide direction and analysis.

Your background
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
- Trade education or experience in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical trades.
- College or university diploma/degree in a technical field is an asset.
- More than 5 years of experience in technical field service work.
- Hands-on experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
- Knowledge of electrical testing and substation construction.
- Leadership experience in coordinating and leading crews on projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and test equipment software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the US.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
