Your responsibilities:
- You will be leading review EOC effectiveness with HUB engineering manager, DFMEA effectiveness with HUB engineering manager and PFMEA effectiveness.
- You will be involved in lagging NCR analysis of export project, CCRP analysis of export project (EBIT, AOD.), improvement project proposal according to NCR & CCRP analysis result, monitoring the improvement action execution based on CCRP & NCR, auditing QIP for export market implementation and GPG & HUB quality alert implementation.
- You will take care on Customer care as manage TOP cross HUB quality issue (demand & supply), check TOP cross HUB quality issue RCA report and drive the RCA culture, regular meeting with APMEA & EUC (the biggest two demand side) to collect the customer voice, lesson learned and BP sharing between HUBs before delivery and after delivery and LL & BP sharing internal HUB.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree.
- More than 5 years of work experience in Quality or engineering.
- More than 2 years of experience in leading/coaching of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Certified in L6s yellow belt.
- Fluent in spoken English.
