In our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor control and inverter systems. Our high-tech products contribute decisively to making industry, public and individual transport more energy-efficient and, on the other hand, our technology enables the production and transport of renewable energies from the production site to the consumer.

How you will make an impact

  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and integrity by ensuring strict adherence to the Code of Conduct, business processes, safety regulations, and environmental protection laws
  • Empower and inspire the teams and functions to achieve excellence
  • Serve as a vital link between production, product engineering, factory integration, logistics, planning, supply chain management, R&D, quality, internal and external suppliers, and customers
  • Oversee budgeting for the teams, plan investment expenditures, and conduct regular cost reviews
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma (L6S) tools and Agile methodologies to continuously improve production processes, tool performance and adapt to changing requirements
  • Maintain and enhance process, test, equipment, and production capabilities to meet quality, availability, reliability, and capacity standards
  • Ensure high level of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to meet required production capacities
  • Ensure the industrialization of new products by designing and developing, implement and maintain state-of-the-art production facilities

Your background

  • Engineering degree with a specialty in semiconductor manufacturing or related field, PhD preferred
  • 5+ years in process or test engineering or respective system and equipment ownership, with a proven impact on semiconductor backend operations or a related field
  • Agile project management in a high-tech context
  • experience in all aspects of production system, tool investments, equipment ownership and affinity to automation concepts
  • Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and development of technical and managerial talent
  • Deep understanding of Backend production processes or respective equipment (e.g. vacuum soldering, wirebonding, ultrasonic welding, etc.) and data-driven optimization
  • Mastery of Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and Design of Experiments (DoE) for optimized problem-solving
  • Fluency in English and German (minimum C1)
