Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the overall work of the department, presiding over the daily work, reporting to the general manager, for the operation of the Department to implement the company's policies, responsible for the department's occupational health and safety work.
  • You will be involved for analyzing the department's human resources, work efficiency, service quality, equipment capabilities, spatial layout and related company requirements of the match, if there are differences to propose solutions, responsible for implementation and achieve the desired results.
  • You will be responsible to ensure that the responsible business areas in different modes of operation in a professional manner, so that it operates in a smooth, high quality, safe condition, responsible for organizing the staff of the department to conduct business-related training, develop and reserve relevant human resources, and conduct performance evaluation.
  • You will be involved for coordinating the relationship between the department and other departments and maintaining business relations in various activities and attending management meetings and business-related group meetings.
  • You will complete other matters handled by the general manager.

Your background:

  • College education and above, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, production management-related professional.
  • More than 5 years of production line management or quality control experience.
  • Be familiar with the principles and manufacturing knowledge of high voltage switchgear, understand the relevant laws and regulations in China, be familiar with quality, safety management and on-site organization, control, and staff training. Have a certain ability to analyze problems, solve problems, can deal with the scope of the professional work problems. Have the quality and safety environment knowledge required for the position.
  • Skilled in office software and mastering SAP or ERP systems.
  • Good health, open-minded, enthusiastic, good-learning and have a strong learning ability, thinking carefully.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, thinking, good leadership, communication and decision-making skills, customer-oriented and good information processing skills, results-oriented, global awareness and forward-looking.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills.
  • Good Chinese and English listening and writing skills.
