How you'll make an impact

• Develop statistical and mathematical models to estimate the reliability of high voltage products
• Analyze large datasets from lab and field data sources to identify features and trends, and extract degradation- and failure-related information
• Assess failure risks by applying Monte Carlo simulations and reliability modelling
• Participate in the design and planning of lab experiments to test hypotheses and validate condition assessment models of high voltage products
• Collaborate with globally distributed partners, including Product Management, Service, Production Lines, and R&D Centers

• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in data science and statistics, including the development and application of probability estimation, data mining, and machine learning methods
• Strong knowledge of data science and programming
• Project management and good communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Reliability training and/or certification is a plus
