How you'll make an impact
- Develop statistical and mathematical models to estimate the reliability of high voltage products
- Analyze large datasets from lab and field data sources to identify features and trends, and extract degradation- and failure-related information
- Assess failure risks by applying Monte Carlo simulations and reliability modelling
- Participate in the design and planning of lab experiments to test hypotheses and validate condition assessment models of high voltage products
- Collaborate with globally distributed partners, including Product Management, Service, Production Lines, and R&D Centers

Your background
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in data science and statistics, including the development and application of probability estimation, data mining, and machine learning methods
- Strong knowledge of data science and programming
- Project management and good communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Reliability training and/or certification is a plus
