You will optimize the documentation of product manual and improve productivity.
You will support the management of customer site service and process optimization.

Your background:
You hold bachelor's degree.
Understand the basic knowledge of daily management, the actual operation process of factory.
Be able to improve the abilities of communication, coordination, understand the thoughts from daily work.
Understand the customer service process and improve problem solving skills.
Strong language expression ability, English reading, writing and listening ability (English CET-6 level is preferred).
Good application of OFFICE software.
Improve English abilities.
