Your responsibilities:
- You will involve in end-to-end conception, planning, organizing and executing of creative design projects.
- You will be understanding and managing design-related requests, in the context of the overall brand development and organizational storytelling.
- You will proactively manage internal business, functional and market stakeholder requests and work with partner agencies by participating in team meetings and providing input, meet deadlines diligently, continuously improve and streamline team processes.
- You will be contributing to the development of the branding strategy, guidelines, design asset libraries.
- You will create and advise on visual concepts, communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate customers, provide training on brand touchpoints ensuring that internal stakeholders and externals resources understand brand guidelines and produce high quality variety of digital and printed design, aligned with corporate image, video editing and motion graphics are a plus.
- You will be ensuring all design work align with the brand identity and maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.
- You will provide brand support, such as maintaining the Brand Center and Brand Help Desk.

Your background
- A degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience working as part of a creative team (agency or in-house).
- Proven design expertise, ideally in B2B context and across brand touchpoints (portfolio).
- Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; video editing software like Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects are a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong aesthetic, strong intercultural skills and international work experience, with global brands.
- Deep knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely execution and owning the end-to-end process.
- Motivated, knows how to keep calm under pressure, consultative and advisory skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Flexible to work in mid-shift hours i.e. 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
