Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country)
- Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas
- Ensures application of process standards and procedures
- Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities
- Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities
- Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
- Minumun 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling Experience of working in service delivery model environment
- Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
- Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
- Good communication and skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills
- Detail oriented, structured
- Technical skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
- Language skills: Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus
