Our campus in Łódź is a center for the development and production of transformers. Each of 4 factories contributes to the creation of essential components of large-scale projects affecting millions of people worldwide.
Power transformers are key elements ensuring the reliability of power grids - by regulating voltage, they enable the efficient transmission of electricity from the place of generation to the point of use.
Due to the dynamic development of our campus, we are currently looking for a person for the position of Continuous Improvement Manager for the Power Transformer plant.
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across our organization.

Your impact
- Lead in operationalizing Strategy Deployment;
- Change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination across the organization using Lean methods, processes and tools;
- Lead all activities in the organization to implement the ITM (Integrated Trial Management) system and drive improved maturity scores to advance the organization through the ITM phases of deployment.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement for the organization and partner with extended cross-functional teams, at all levels of the organization, on overall use of ITM tools to drive productivity.
- Create, manage and facilitate the development of Cost-out and productivity projects across the business to achieve targets.
- Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of ITM tools and methods.
- Combine technical knowledge with people and organizational skills
- Analyze the process performance indicators continuously and take actions to improve them.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in areas of Lean operating/management systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, and/or process improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading cross functional teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Polish language is required
- Certifications in Lean/ Six Sigma (e.g., Lean Master, Lean Expert, Black Belt, etc.).
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.
