In this dynamic role, you'll build and maintain relationships with local universities, businesses, and community organizations. You'll also establish partnerships with local government agencies and emergency services to enhance community safety initiatives. As a brand ambassador, you'll represent Hitachi Energy in various public and corporate settings, organizing and coordinating outreach programs, sponsorships, and special events that align with our values and objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with local universities, businesses, and community organizations.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local government agencies and emergency services.
- Organize and coordinate community outreach programs, sponsorships, and special events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in public and corporate settings.
- Develop and implement an Ambassador Program to increase employee involvement in community events.
- Plan and execute internal events to strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Conduct new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Leverage social media platforms and internal communication channels to highlight Hitachi Energy's community involvement and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by championing DEI initiatives and promoting a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate and oversee networking events and job fairs.
- Develop and manage programs that align with company goals, including volunteer initiatives and strategic charitable contributions.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing reports to measure the effectiveness of community and employee programs.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community engagement, branding, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with the local area and existing community networks.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for community involvement and making a positive impact.
- Willingness to attend events outside of standard working hours as needed.
