The opportunity
We are now looking for a team player with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, who has black belt in structure and a result-oriented and an open mindset. You will be part of a great team of 10 people and report to the Procurement Manager. In this role you will initiate, drive and follow up on strategic sourcing activities for your categories and suppliers. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, to find the most cost-efficient and reliable solutions and setups. We are located in Landskrona, an easy 30-minute train ride from Malmö.

How you'll make an impact
- Develop the supply base with focus on delivery, quality, and total cost.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers in cooperation with quality and engineering colleagues.
- Lead supplier performance evaluations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and initiate improvement projects where required.
- Conduct request for quotations and tenders and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Contracting, NDA, frame agreements and general terms and conditions, in line with Business directives and guidelines.
- Identify, realize and track cost improvement opportunities and initiatives.
- Take lead in SCM related topics to support the business.
Your background
- Hold an Academic degree in a relevant field, such as business and/or engineering.
- Excellent communication and networking skills as well as outstanding problem-solving skills are needed.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Well versed in MS tools - specifically Excel.
- As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
- Technical interest is a plus.
