Your responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with the technical department to develop raw material suppliers and supply channels, develop supplier development plans, establish a sound supply chain that meets the company's development needs, and establish a supplier information database; Master the technical strength, quality management mechanism, and changes of suppliers, update the information database in a timely manner, and ensure the overall high-quality and efficient procurement quality.
- You will do before signing the supply contract, conduct technical clarification with the supplier, sign technical agreements, and lead the PPAP process.
- You will actively cooperate with technology and R&D departments, constantly grasp and explore new materials and processes in the market, transformer and isolation switch industry, and do a good job of information sharing and communication with suppliers.
- You will be responsible for negotiating and signing supply contracts, tracking cost analysis and monitoring of the procurement process, track the quality of the first sample material for inspection, as well as any hidden quality issues exposed during the production process, and cooperate with the quality department and SQE to carry out long-term supplier quality improvement.
- You will regularly analyze, evaluate, and grade the quality status and trends of suppliers, conduct annual assessments of suppliers, communicate with suppliers in a timely manner based on their assessment results, and assist them in developing improvement and enhancement plans.
- You will complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Your background:
- You hold an bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarize and master the basic properties, technical standard requirements, and necessary production and manufacturing processes of purchased materials and outsourced parts, has certain technical analysis, problem-solving skills, and good data analysis skills.
- Having the necessary knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental management for the position.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Good physical health: Work hard, be diligent and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills, loyalty, integrity, dedication, strict self-discipline and restraint, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
