We are looking for our next "Business Process Owner-PGTR Turkey" in Hitachi Energy, who is eager to Develop, maintain, control, audit and analyze a wide variety of business processes and information systems. Continuous business improvements along cross functional disciplines. Formulate and define scope and objectives and develop solutions to complex problems involving applications, business analysis and improvement activities. Devise and implement measures to improve operations & quality and increase customer satisfaction.

Your Background

  • Diploma 10+/bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.


  • Knowledge of SAP, SD, PP,MM, PS, FICO, MS Office- MS EXCEL, Word, MS Project, Power Point, Visio etc.


  • Requires broad knowledge of manufacturing operations, information systems, quotation tools, engineering, sales, marketing, Service. and their application and ability to influence decisions and cost-effectively provide cross functional support is desirable.


  • Requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures.


  • Requires strong communications skills to discuss and negotiate resolution of controversial issues. Errors may result in delays, rework, and adversely impact customer relations.


  • Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines.


  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills


  • Ability to adapt and manage fast-paced environment and ability to change direction when priorities, deadlines etc. shift


  • Team player, analytical mindset and the ability to motivate others as well as continuous change & learning


  • Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate business functional leads and domain experts for front-end, engineering, production, planning & fulfillment, execution, supply chain and controlling.


  • Support BU domain experts/GRL on global program implementation locally to follow the BU specified global processes and solutions / harmonize the way business is conducted.


  • Be the single point of contact for any global BU IS related programs. (SPEX, MES/ECS, Celonis, Configurator, Service, Operation, Engineering etc).


  • Also take the project leader role at country level to implementation SAP S4 HANA (REIWA), SPEX as well as help business for identifying the proper local business resources on the BU programs.


  • Prepare, implement, and improve order configuration and engineering investigation, evaluation, recommendation to support the business processes and their implementation. Alignment of sales configuration tools, engineering tools and SAP backend.


  • Prepare future requirements for business engineering, marketing & sales and manufacturing changes.


  • Design and implement cost-effective business processes using information systems-based solutions to business problems. Develop, prepare and implement processes that ensure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency. Preparation of flowcharts, diagrams, analysis and specifications.


  • Investigate / prioritize business requirements to define scope and objectives of the projects and prepare schedules, limitations time and desired results.


  • Coordinate with Global/Country/Local IT manager on budget and demand planning process for the local units.


  • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence along with devising modifications and recommend ways to improve.


  • Maintain, or provide guidance for maintenance of a wide variety of systems. Provide support; ensure accuracy of information and responsiveness to customers (internal & external requirements).


  • Lead and coordinate the work of less experienced staff and provide training and support to business process owners.


  • Coordination with GBS for their activities supporting business.


  • Roll out of Global Application/Tools, SAP project (REIWA) at Country level

Preparation:

  • Will participate in Fit to Template Workshops and provide inputs for their respective area.


  • Validate the LSTR Requirements for the Country/Site


  • Pr/ovide inputs for Data Mapping from Legacy to New System

Design/Build:

  • Actively Participate and contribute in Data Cleansing activities


  • Design/Build: Participate in Change Impact Analysis

Test:

  • Actively participates in system and process trainings organized by the core team in order to start user acceptance testing prepared


  • Understands the specific business processes in detail and have a general understanding of the overall Reiwa process

Deploy:

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing and Day in a Life testing based on the planning made by the test manager (Test execution, defect resolution follow-up on defects, provide input to Local E2E process lead for UAT sign-off)


  • Assists with data preparation/validation activities as requested by local data lead or data SME


  • Reviews End User training curriculum and courseware and provides input for training exercise scenarios


  • Trains and provides active support to end users where help is requested from Local SMEs and Local E2E Process Lead and based on the end user training plan


  • Serves as an advocate for the new processes and system in the country


  • Execute cutover activities according to the dress rehearsal or cutover plan and reports progress to local cutover manager

Test/Deploy:

  • Assists with data preparation / cleansing and validation in different data load cycles

Hypercare:

  • Provides the first line of business process and transactional support for End Users during implementation and post Go Live


  • Hypercare Assists in the identification and execution of re-training/ coaching needs
    Some of the SME's will also act as Change Agents/Champion for the program in his/her local BU/Factory
