Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity as a Business Administrator supporting our Transformer business as part of this role you'll provide administrative support to the General Manager and support functions within the transformer business unit.
Support market events across the business units in planning and implementation as well as general admin responsibilities such as liaising with factories to resolve supplier invoice queries and prepare and support for reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding and Off-boarding of starters and leavers
- Support in local IT/communications tools with new starters, develop induction plan and secure equipment for individuals
- Case studies, publications, interface management
- Ordering of office supplies, stationary etc
- Generate purchase requisitions/orders - second level support for project managers
- Amend / update sales and purchase orders
- Commercial vehicle management, road tax, servicing, repairs
- Travel & Hotel reservations and coordination
- AMEX administration, reporting over dues, new starters & leavers close accounts

- Proven experience within a business administration position
