As a BST Grid Integration (GI) Application Manager, you will be a key player in our daily operations, responsible for managing a portfolio of critical business applications that support our Grid Integration initiatives, including SharePoint and other server applications. You will collaborate closely with a development and run team to ensure these applications are optimized, secure, and aligned with the strategic goals of the Grid Integration unit. Your focus on innovation and efficiency will drive business value and support a seamless user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lifecycle of assigned applications, including SharePoint and other key business tools that support Grid Integration. Ensure they remain state-of-the-art, adhering to the highest compliance and security standards.
- Collaborate with business application owners and the global Grid Integration team to ensure application solutions support both local and global strategic objectives.
- Effectively manage the relationship with the development and run team, ensuring their work aligns with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Partner with the development and run team to deliver exceptional application support and maintenance, minimizing disruptions to daily operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline the application landscape, foster innovation, and maximize business value within the context of Grid Integration.

Your Background
- Proven experience managing application projects and delivering results in a complex IT environment, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
- Good understanding of SharePoint administration and configuration, along with experience working with other applications relevant to Grid Integration.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, particularly in the context of Grid Integration challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience effectively managing relationships with development and run teams.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is highly desirable.
