Your responsibilities
- Managing the bid and proposal teams across all European dry-transformer factories
- Distributing workload, developing people, and developing and maintaining tools
- Ensuring up-to-date technical acumen
- Ensuring high accuracy and quality in the costing and scope of proposals
- Training and managing direct reports
- Identifying and leading improvements to current processes, templates, and costing sheets
- Using CRM and BI tools (Salesforce/PowerBI) to ensure a clear pipeline overview and adherence to all processes and systems

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience of similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry
- Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systems
- Experience in after-sales services activities is a strong advantage
- Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countries
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
